  • Scaffolding along busy Oxford Street inc pavement licence, suspension, and hoarding

  • Replacement of the defective bi-folding doors to the shopfronts
  • Strip out of previous tenant’s fit-out

  • Replacement/re-wire of all electrical, small power and lighting circuits to provide compliant systems throughout
  • Repairs and reconfiguration of fire alarm system
  • Overhaul/repairs to the air conditioning system
  • Removal of the commercial lift and structural infill
  • Flooring replacement
  • Redecoration of internal surfaces
  • Replacement of WC and wash hand basin

Inigo were instructed on behalf of Knight Frank LLP to carry out dilapidation works to a commercial unit on Oxford Street. Access for materials and waste was extremely difficult to facilitate due to busy traffic and footfall along Oxford High Street. Our SMSTS and NVQ trained site managers organised works sensitively, working out of hours mainly, to ensure safety was maintained throughout.

The interior of the unit was completely refurbished, including removal and infill of a 4-storey commercial lift. The client was delighted with the result.
