Main Contractor

Our primary service is acting as Main Contractor under a variety of contract suites of contracts.

We specialise in all areas of refurbishment and new build projects within, but not limited to, commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors. With widespread experience within these fields, we are able to efficiently deliver any client requirement.

Design and Build

Inigo have extensive experience acting as main contractor under formal Design and Build contracts. Some of our most successful projects have been under JCT Design and Build contracts.

We offer in house consultant led design which is supplemented by a close-knit work of trusted sub-consultants, allowing us to take on most tasks.

Internal Refurbishment

We offer a comprehensive range of internal refurbishment services to commercial, industrial, residential and healthcare properties. This can include stripping out, electrical and mechanical works, general remodelling, structural alteration, flooring, plastering, decoration, and regulatory upgrades.

External Refurbishment

During Inigo’s formative years the company specialised in external repair and decoration work. This experience runs through the company and allows us to take on any external refurbishment project, including general decoration, façade repairs, penetration repairs, roofing, and specialist conservation work.

We are repair care trained and approved and authorised by Stonehealth to undertake DOFF cleaning. Our team are IPAF trained and certified.

Dilapidation Works

Dilapidation works, or “Dilaps”, are identified via the landlord’s “Schedule of Dilapidations”. This is normally identified upon expiry of a lease and covers both internal and external works. Inigo have extensive experience pricing and undertaking dilapidation projects for a range of commercial and industrial clients.

CAD work

Inigo have in house CAD technicians for design and build work, contractors design portions (CDP), and to generally assist the project management team to efficiently relay information in a concise manner.
