We are specifically trained in the use of Auto CAD, although we use a number of sub-consultants who operate in REVIT and other design software.
Since 2020 Inigo have adopted the use of Matterport 3D internal surveys at the beginning and at the completion of projects to assist the design team. This software has become incredibly useful to clients as a means of recording the existing condition of a property and to track changes. This is certainly beneficial for Dilapidation works.
