As main contractor Inigo are able to competitively tender any project for Designers, such as architects, professional consultants and government bodies.
Our team have experience tendering under a variety of contract suites, including JCT and NEC. We do not have a minimum or maximum contract value that we will tender, any enquiries are welcome. If successful at tender stage every project will be assigned an experienced contracts manager and a site manager trained to minimum standard of full first aid accreditation, SMSTS and asbestos awareness.
We have an extensive and vetted supply chain which can be tailored to suit any programme whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Each project will be overseen by a project administrator able to comply with current CDM regulations to ensure each project is compliant and detailed programmes are provided throughout the project until completion.
All of the above ensures that each project is completed efficiently on programme to the standards required and in accordance with regulations.
