Inigo have successfully completed another project to a commercial unit in Church Street, Kingston. The project included:
- External refurbishment, decorations and ancillary repair works, including:
- window and joinery repairs
- render repairs
- façade cleaning
- repointing
- brickwork and stonework repairs
- leadwork
- new Bauder flat roof and lantern
- general redecoration
- Strip out of tenant fit-out and internal repairs
- Removal of the floor coverings throughout
